APPLICATIONS:
Coatings – P-3000 offers uniform and efficient
flatting to solvent based paints, varnishes, and
lacquers. P-3000 also provides particle
release properties to abrasive coatings.
Rubber Processing – P-3000 provides excellent
lubrication in mixing and excellent anti-tack or
anti-blocking properties when used as a dust on
uncured slabs and extruders.
Plastics Processing – P-3000 offers excellent
lubrication in processing of polyolefin,
polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, and melamine
formaldehyde polymers. In PVC, P-3000 offers
the additional properties of providing benefits of
heat stabilization and blowing agent activation.
